To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@raebasics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label if your return is eligible.

Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened and in original condition.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
